These terms set out the agreement between you and Fluxa UI when you install or use our Figma plugin and website.
01Acceptance of terms
By installing the Fluxa plugin or using fluxaui.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.
02Licence to use Fluxa
Subject to these terms and your chosen plan, Fluxa grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin to generate design assets inside your own Figma files.
You own your output. Components, tokens, and styles generated into your Figma file belong to you. Use them in personal and commercial projects without attribution.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Fluxa plugin itself, or pass off its generator as your own product.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the plugin except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service to build a directly competing component-generation plugin.
03Accounts & plans
Some features require a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Plan details, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
04Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
05Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it. You will not upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
06Intellectual property
The Fluxa plugin, website, branding, and underlying generation technology are owned by Fluxa and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
Fluxa is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma.
07Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
