Your design files stay yours. Fluxa runs generation locally in Figma. We do not read, store, or transmit the contents of your design files to our servers.
This policy explains what limited information we do collect when you use the plugin and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We never collect the contents of your Figma files, the layers you create, or your design IP.
03How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Service and your account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To understand which features matter, using aggregated analytics.
- To respond to support requests and important service notices.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train models on your designs.
05Data retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within applicable timeframes.
07Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
08Children
Fluxa is intended for professional designers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
